Meet Andrieah.

So much of people-pleasing is a relationship strategy—one you didn’t choose on purpose.
Therapy can be a place to understand what it protected, meet what it’s been carrying, and practice a more honest way of relating—without burning your life down to do it.

A Note.

I've spent years as a relational trauma therapist, working with brilliant Black professional women overcome perfectionism, people-pleasing, caregiving, and fixing others. You're career-driven, juggling multiple priorities, seeking healing, you've got a deep understanding of what makes you tick. You've done some serious self-reflection, you see your patterns clearly, and now you're ready to dive even deeper. But your’re also busy with career, kids, health, caregiving, community, and other demands pulling on your time and energy.

I see you.

You're beyond basic coping skills. You need therapy that matches your pace, your depth, and your ambition. That honors your complexity and pushes you towards the solutions you crave. You've got the insights. You've connected some of the dots between your past and present. Now you're ready to leap into real, lasting change. But traditional therapy? It's stuck in the slow lane while you're racing ahead.

Imagine condensing months of discovery into powerful, focused days. No more fragmented sessions or losing momentum. Just you, diving deep, making connections, and emerging transformed. I've created something different. Intensive therapy sessions. It's not just a new approach; it's a rebellion against a system that values billing codes over breakthroughs.

This isn't about starting from scratch. It's about taking your self-awareness and catapulting it forward. We're not playing by insurance rules or stretching out your growth to fit someone else's timeline.

You need more uninterrupted time to explore, but on your terms. And you're ready for something that matches your pace and your need for depth.

We're living in the future, but our therapy model is still stuck in the Bronze Age. It's time to break free from this insurance-driven, capitalism-driven cycle -size-fits-all approach that treats you like a diagnosis, not a person. We've been fed this one-way street of therapy for too long.

That's why I've shifted my work to therapy Intensives.

It's not about rushing your healing, nor rushing this experience - it's about giving you the concentrated time, support/facilitation and space to truly explore more around de-centering others and standing tall in who you are. We go beyond talk-therapy; surface-level discussions that may take you away from focusing on the issue at hand. By delving into your internal system, working directly with the parts of you that drive your people-pleasing patterns with extended focused time, you can cover more ground. It’s not therapy that’s the issue, it’s the HOW you’ve been boxed in to go through it that needs an adjustment.

Because your healing should be as dynamic and powerful as you are. It's 2026 - why are we still stuck in this outdated model? We're living in the future, but our therapy model is still stuck in the Bronze Age.

We’ve outgrown a limited system. You're focused and ready to zone in. It's time your therapy matched your level of awareness and ambition.

If you're ready to accelerate your journey of self-discovery and growth without compromising on depth, let's talk. Your intensive journey begins now.
