Where People Pleasing ends…
And presence begins.
You've coped well. You've set the boundaries. You've done the work. Now meet what's been quietly waiting beneath it all.
THE SEASON YOU'RE IN
You've traded chaos for competence. And still — something pulls.
You can hit pause, breathe, set a boundary — moves a past version of you could only dream about. And yet, depending on the situation, you still hit the edges of giving in.
You can hit pause, breathe, set a boundary — moves a past version of you could only dream about. And yet, depending on the situation, you still hit the edges of giving in.
These moments aren't failure. They're a quiet tap on the shoulder — the parts of you that have carried you this far, asking to finally be met.
Is this work for you?
-

You might be in the right place if:
You’ve already done therapy before and have mastered the coping skills
You can already steady yourself when stress spikes
You are managing your boundaries well, but still experience a harsh inner critic, guilt, or rumination when the urge to people-please creeps back in
You want short-term, focused work that gets underneath the pattern, not another round of coping tips
You can set aside 60-minute sessions (plus reflection time) to do deeper, root-level IFS work
A quiet tug is telling you “It’s time to release the weight I’ve carried for years”
-

You might need something different if:
This is your very first time in therapy
You’re still learning foundational emotional skills or regulation
You’re in an active crisis (suicidal thoughts, substance withdrawal, legal emergency).
You feel unsure about what you need and just want a space to vent or think out loud.
You’re looking for long-term, open-ended therapy without a clear structure or goal.
Insurance paperwork or a formal diagnosis is your primary reason for seeking services.
Healing doesn't have to take forever. And it never has to feel rushed.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Licensed in GA & FL · IFS Level 3 Trained · 12+ years in private practice
I'm here for people who are managing beautifully — and still find themselves caught up with people and situations they know they don't want any part of.
Instead of adding more ways to manage, we get curious about what's underneath. We won't try to banish the people-pleasing. We'll turn toward it and befriend the parts of you that learned to keep you safe by putting others first.
This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about unburdening what's been working overtime
