Bridging the iFS learning gaps
while merging in self-care practices & clinical skills.
Skills. Support. Self-Leadership.
Haus of Parts supports IFS-trained therapists in deepening their understanding and real-world use of the model. When a therapist is confident and compassionate towards their abilities to support their clients, an improvement in the capacity to work with clients and manage a private practice becomes more enjoyable and profitable.
Decrease counter-transference, improve confidence, Self-led self-care in community.
Many clinicians first encounter this work through the 🎧 Where’s My PA? podcast; a companion to Haus of Parts. Offering therapists a way to revisit the model and navigate the season after training where I share short audio reflections on integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) into real clinical practice.
IFS tRAINED. now WHAT?
Training gave you the map — but real sessions can still leave you wondering if you're actually using the model the way it’s meant to work.
Between training, workshops, individual consultation (paid or peer), reviewing your training notes or PowerPoint slides from the trainers, do you find yourself still questioning:
If you've learned enough, practiced enough?
Understood your choice points and the model enough, applied the model "correctly?"
Or maybe you start off confident at the top of the day prior to seeing your clients or after you've left a training you're hyped and ready to implement what you've learned, yet doubt starts to sink in about your ability to apply the model?
hAUS OF pARTS: CURATED LEARNING SPACE
Consultation, reflection, and skills integration for IFS-trained therapists.
Haus of Parts is a curated learning space where therapists can slow down, deconstruct the model, and strengthen their confidence using IFS in real clinical work.
Through consultation, reflection, and skill-focused support, you’ll have space to talk through what you’re noticing in sessions, explore your own internal responses, and integrate the model in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
The goal isn’t to do more with the model — it’s to help you trust how you’re already working with it.

HAUS Services
-
Start here: Virtual Consultation
Routing + placement (not a “support session”)
Not sure which service fits? This brief consult is designed to help you land in the right lane—without over-explaining, guessing, or booking the wrong thing.
We’ll clarify what you’re actually needing (case strategy, skills practice, therapist activation support, or personal parts work), and you’ll leave with a clear recommendation for your next step inside Haus of Parts.
Best for you if you’re saying: “I don’t know what I need—I just know something feels stuck.”
You’ll leave with:
A clear service recommendation (and why)
A suggested format (single session, consult series, group, etc.)
Your next step and how to prepare
Book this if: you’re new to Haus of Parts or deciding between two services.
-

IFS Single Sessions
Personal IFS (not supervision, not case consult)
IFS Single Sessions are one-time, focused sessions for your own internal work. This is for a specific personal situation, pattern, or stuck place where you want to meet what’s underneath and leave with more clarity and steadiness.
This is not case consultation, and it’s not designed for ongoing therapy. It’s a contained, intentional session to support insight, internal alignment, and next-step integration.
Best for you if you’re saying: “I need one focused session to work with what’s coming up in me.”
Common focuses:
A protector pattern you can’t “think your way out of”
A relational trigger or decision point
Inner conflict, shame cycles, people-pleasing loops
A part that’s hijacking your energy or focus
You’ll leave with:
Clear mapping of what’s present internally
More access to Self-led choice
A practical integration plan for the next 7–14 days
Book this if: the focus is you, not a client case.
-

IFS Case Consultation
Client-case strategy + sequencing (therapist-facing, case-focused)
IFS Case Consultation is client-focused support for therapists who want a clearer map and next steps in a specific case. This is where you bring the clinical picture and we zoom in on sequencing, stuck points, protectors, pacing, and the container—so you’re not trying to figure it out alone.
This is not supervision. It’s consultation that helps you feel more confident about what you’re doing, what you’re missing, and what the case is actually asking for next.
Best for you if you’re saying:
“What do I do next?” “I’m lost in the middle.” “I can’t tell if I’m pushing too fast or avoiding.”We can focus on:
Mapping parts and protector dynamics
Sequencing: what step you’re in and what’s being skipped
Contracting and consent with protectors/exiles
Pacing + stabilization to prevent flooding
Level-of-care considerations and adjunct supports
Planning difficult conversations without rupture
You’ll leave with:
A clearer case map
A next-session plan
Language for your next key interventions
Book this if: the primary issue is the case plan, not your internal activation.
-

IFS Skills Consultation
1:1 practice + feedback (skills-focused, not a case consult)
IFS Skills Consultation is for therapists who don’t need another conceptual discussion—you need reps. This is a space to slow down, zoom in, and practice the micro-skills that make IFS work in real sessions.
You can bring a common stuck moment (client goes blank, protector is pushing back, you lose your place in the sequence), and we’ll use it as a practice scene—so your skills become embodied, not just understood.
Best for you if you’re saying:
“I know the model, but it gets fuzzy in the room.”We can practice:
Contracting and setting the frame with protectors
Unblending language and tracking Self energy
Direct access vs reflective distance (and when to use which)
Sequencing skills (where you are and what comes next)
What to do when a protector escalates, shuts down, or tests you
You’ll leave with:
Cleaner language and stronger in-session timing
A repeatable skill sequence you can use immediately
Increased confidence through practice, not pressure
Book this if: you want skills practice, not full case conceptualization.
-

Caseload Activation Consults
Therapist parts + countertransference activation (therapist-facing, therapist-focused)
Caseload Activation Consults are Self-Led Clinician Sessions for therapists who feel activated by a client, a pattern across their caseload, or their current season of practice.
This is where we work directly with the therapist part(s) driving urgency, pressure, blame, over-functioning, avoidance, shutdown, or the impulse to terminate—so you can unblend quickly, reset your frame, and make the next clinical move from Self-led choice.
This isn’t supervision and it isn’t therapy for therapists. It’s IFS-informed consultation focused on therapist activation in the relational field and the practical clinical decisions that follow.
Best for you if you’re saying:
“I’m getting agenda-driven or impatient.”
“I keep thinking ‘they won’t’ instead of staying curious.”
“I’m second-guessing myself constantly.”
“I want to terminate or refer and I’m not sure if it’s clean.”
“This case is starting to cost me my steadiness.”
We’ll do:
Identify what’s activated (somatic + cognitive + emotional)
Name the therapist part and what it’s protecting
Unblend and restore Self energy
Reset the container: pacing, contracting, expectations, LOC
Create a next-session plan and scripts for key moments
You’ll leave with:
Less internal pressure and more steadiness
A clearer clinical frame
Clean next steps (not protector-led reacting)
Book this if: the primary issue is your activation—not just the client’s.
